Description[]
Mayhem is a limited-time 2v2 game mode in Minion Masters. In this mode, players are paired with a random teammate and face off against another duo. Mayhem is only available from Thursday to Sunday 12:00 UTC each week. Starting a run costs 750 Gold, although the first entry of the week is free. The ruleset of Mayhem changes weekly, introducing unique modifiers that alter the gameplay and provide variety beyond the standard modes.

- Summonings

- Whenever you play a spell, a random Minion is summoned with a mana cost equal to that of the spell.
- Defense of the Masters

- Spawn a wave of Empyrean Minions every 30 seconds for both teams. (3 Legionnaires and 2 Crossbow Dudes in each lane)
- Defense Surge

- Spawn a wave of Crystal Minions every 30 seconds for both teams. (1 Crystal Sentry and 1 Crystal Arcanist in each lane)

- Start your Mayhem run by drafting among 3 random Masters out of the Adventure Masters pool.

Upon affecting a unit, there is a 30% chance that Gambler's Lightning will fork and cast another Gambler's Lightning. Different forks can affect the same unit. Deals 10% Damage and 10% healing to Master Towers. | |

| Through the Nether | Whenever you cast 3 Minions in a row, teleport all your Minions closer to the enemy Master and give them Rage. | |
| Timey Wimey | Recast any spell you cast after 20 seconds. | |
| To the Defense! | Summon a Warrior whenever your Master takes 200 damage within 5 seconds. | |
| Two times Two | Your 2 mana cards are cast an additional time with random target or location within your own arena. | |
| Wildcards | Cards that you have more than one copy of in your deck have their mana cost reduced by 1. |

- Faction Wars

- Get a +20% mana bonus if your ENTIRE deck is of the same faction.
- JINXED

- Every 5 seconds, a random Minion on both teams get a random Jinx: Gor'Rakk Sacrifice, Spawn of Fury, Ardent Aegis or Lycanthropy
- Holograms

- Whenever a Minion is spawned, it also creates an Illusion on the opposite side of the Arena.
- Boss Battle!

- Start your Mayhem run by drafting among 3 random Masters from the Adventure Boss pool.

- Killing Floor

- Killing Floor is a Mayhem in which the bottom bridge is constantly burning. However, it also gives double XP!
- Fluctuations

- After a card is played, its mana cost is randomly adjusted by either −2, −1, +1, or +2. A card’s cost cannot be increased beyond 10 mana.
- Explosive Minions

- Whenever a Minion dies, it explodes and deals 50 damage to ALL Minions within a radius of 8.
- Helpful Imps

- Whenever you play a Minion, summon a Blood Imp.
