
Tronveir the Runeshaper is one of the Masters in Minion Masters.
Description[]
Tronveir is a master of the Runewyrd, an ancient magic unique to the Stoutheart. Runeshapers carve runes into stone, imbuing it with the power of wind, frost, and their ancestral legends.
Abilities[]
Basic Attack[]
- Tronveir hurls a stone that deals high damage.
- Damage: 100
- Attack cooldown: 4 seconds (25 DPS)
Perks[]
Runecarving (Unlocks at 20 XP)
- Add a single-use Runestone card to the top of Tronveir's deck every 30 seconds. It gains a new Runic Carving each time it's played.
- Runestone is a building that can be played anywhere within 36 range (this encroaches on the enemy arena slightly). When played, after a short delay, nearby enemies are knocked back.
- Cost: 2 mana
- Health: 150
- Duration: 15 seconds
It gains a Runic Carving in the following order (though the starting point is random):
- Rune of Wind: Deploy range increased by 6. Deal 150 damage to enemies in a small area when played.
- Rune of Frost: Gains Taunt and a 200 health barrier. When the barrier is depleted, all ground enemies within 8 range gain Frozen.
- Rune of Ancestry: Also summon two Ancestor ranged minions.
- Health: 100
- Damage: 45
- Attack cooldown: 2 seconds
- Range: 8
Alternate Perk 1 - Runic Attunement (Unlocks at 20 XP)
- Whenever you spend 16 Mana on Minion Cards, gain a Rune of Wind card.
- Whenever you spend 16 Mana on Spell Cards, gain a Rune of Ancestry card.
- Whenever you spend 14 Mana on Building Cards, gain a Rune of Frost card.
Runic Empowerment (Unlocks at 60 XP)
- After playing a Runestone, the next ground minion you play gets a buff depending on the Runic Carving the stone had.
- Rune of Wind: The first attack also deals 50 damage in a small area.
- Rune of Frost: Gain Taunt, and a barrier equal to its maximum health (up to 200). When depleted, all ground enemies within 8 range gain Frozen.
- Rune of Ancestry: Also summon two Ancestor minions when played.
Runic Mastery (Unlocks at 120 XP)
- Reduce the cooldown of Rune Carving by 5 seconds. The next Runestone you gain has all three Runic Carvings.

- Tronveir was added in Update 2.0 - Mountain Song (December 12 2023)
- In Update 2.0 Hotfix 3 (January 24, 2024), Tronveir received the following changes:
- Ancestor health reduced from 150 to 100
- Ancestor damage reduced from 50 to 45
- Frost Shield barrier reduced from 300 to 200
- Wind Rune damage reduced from 100 to 50
- In Update 2.4 - Rolling Thunder (May 16 2024), Frost Shield was changed to no longer freeze flying minions.
- In Update 2.6 - Power UP! (25 July 2024), Tronveir received the alternate perk 1 Runic Attunement.
- In Update 2.7 - Shifting Sands (27 August 2024), the amount of mana spent on minions for Runic Attunement was reduced from 25 to 20.
- In Update 2.8 - Bearzerk! (September 24, 2024), Tronveir received the following changes:
- Attack damage reduced from 150 to 100
- Attack cooldown buffed from 6 to 4 seconds (DPS from 30 to 25)
- Rune of Wind deploy damage reduced from 200 to 150
- Runic Attunement numbers were buffed:
- Now requires 18 mana spent on Minions (was 20)
- Now requires 18 mana spent on Spells (was 20)
- Now requires 14 mana spent on Buildings (was 15)
- In Update 2.10 - Hammer Of The Dawn (November 30, 2024), Runic Attunement was changed:
- Now requires 17 mana spent on Minions (was 18)
- Now requires 16 mana spent on Spells (was 18)
- In Update 2.12 - STR1K3 F0RC3 (25 January 2025), Runic Attunement was changed:
- Minion plays now grant the Wind stone (instead of Frost)
- Building plays now grant the Frost stone (instead of Wind)
- Now requires 14 mana spent on Spells (was 16)
- In Update 2.16 - Mountainshaper Awakens (May 24, 2025), Runic Attunement was changed so that it requires 16 mana spent on Spells (was 14)
