Valorian

Valorian is one of the Masters in Minion Masters. This master is unlocked with 500 Shards or 300 Rubies.

Description

Valorian is devoted to the light. He wields it to heal his allies and invoke rightous fury on his enemies.

Abilities

Basic Attack

Valorian uses his heirloom blade for a powerful but slow attack.

Perks

Searing Light (Unlocks at 20 XP)

• Add a one-use card Searing Light to the top of Valorian's deck every 30 seconds.
  • Valorian does 4 attacks in an area, each attack targeting a random enemy Minion.

• Add a one-use card Holy Fire to the top of Valorian's deck every 28 seconds.
  • Sets Holy Fire to the ground, damaging enemy minions for 75 health and healing friendly minions for 75 health over 3 seconds.

Holy Light (Unlocks at 60 XP)

• Valorian heals up to 5 injured minions under his command for 20 health.
  • Cooldown: 6 sec

• Add a one use Fervent Warrior card to your deck every 28 seconds.
  • Summons a Warrior with Shield and Armor of Holy Fire. Its Armor of Holy Fire starts on cooldown. Costs 2 mana.

Divine Light (Unlocks at 120 XP)

• Double Valorian's damage as well as healing from Holy Light.

Notes

• While Valorian is casting Searing Light, he is still able to attack from the master tower.

History

• Valorian was added in Update 1.17 - Dawn Marshall Valorian (24 Sep, 2020) as part of the Nightmares season pass 2.
• In Update 1.19 - Uprising (3 Dec, 2020) Valorian's bonus damage per Empyrean card in hand was reduced from +5 to +3
• In Update 1.20 - Uprising (7 January, 2021) Valorian's first perk healing was halved for flying minions.
• In Update 1.23 - Outlandish Operations (21 April, 2021) Valorian's healing from Perk 1 was increased from 15 to 18.
• In Update 1.25 - Outlandish Operations (2 June, 2021) Valorian received the following changes:
  • Basic attack increased from 40 to 45.
  • Empyrean cards no longer affect damage. (Before: Gain +3 damage per Empyrean Card in your hand)
  • Searing Light is now an Ability rather than a Spell.
• In Update 1.26 - Best Plan NO PLAN! (1 July, 2021), Valorian's basic attack was reduced from 45 damage to 40 damage.
• In Update 1.27 - Best Plan NO PLAN! (5 August, 2021), the healing from Valorian's first perk was reduced from 18 to 13.
• In Update 1.43 - Furry Fury (5 January, 2023), Valorian was reworked:
  • Perk 1 and 2 were swapped (now: Perk 1 is Searing Light, Perk 2 is Holy Light)
  • Perk 1 (Searing Light): Number of hits was reduced from 5 to 4 (Total damage from 200 to 160)
  • Perk 2 (Holy Light): Healing per unit was increased from 13 to 15
• In Update 1.45 - Arcane Anomalies (March 9, 2023), the number of attacks done by Searing Light was increased from 4 to 5.
• In Update 1.46 - Arise! (April 13, 2023), Valorian received the following changes:
  • Perk 2 healing increased from 15 to 20
  • Now doesn't heal your teammate's minions in Team Battles]
• In Update 1.49 - Vanguard (3 August 2023), Searing Light (perk 1) was planned to be changed to be a single use card added to your deck every 25 seconds, but this change didn't go through.
• In Update 2.6 - Power UP! (25 July 2024), Valorian received the alternate perk Fervor.
• In Update 2.8 - Bearzerk! (September 24, 2024), Valorian received the following changes:
  • Holy Light healing cooldown increased from 5 to 6 seconds
  • Fervor cooldown increased from 25 to 28 seconds
• In Update 2.9 - Moonstruck! (October 29, 2024), Valorian received the alt perk "Holy Fire".
• In Update 2.10 - Hammer Of The Dawn (November 30, 2024), Fervent Warrior was reworked:
  • Now has Shield instead of Divine Shield
  • Cost reduced from 3 to 2
• In Update 2.11 - Scratpocalypse (28 December 2024), the cooldown of Searing Light was increased from 25 to 28 seconds.
• In Update 2.12 - STR1K3 F0RC3 (25 January 2025), the amount of hits Searing Light does was reduced from 5 to 4.
• In Update 2.13 - Monkey Business (February 22, 2025), Valorian received the following changes:
  • Holy Fire duration reduced from 5 to 3 seconds (Total healing/damage remains the same)
  • Fervent Warrior now summons with its Armor of Holy Fire on cooldown
  • Searing Light cooldown increased from 28 to 30 seconds
